Product Manager –Payroll and Rewards - Your future role?
As a Product Manager– Payroll and Rewards in Vernier, Zurich, Budapest or Barcelona, you will oversee the evolutions and performance of Payroll and Rewards digital products and capabilities. You will coordinate and lead the delivery of innovative and high-quality products. These products will be aligned with the digital strategy of Givaudan HR function and the company.
You will report to the HR IT Product Line Manager.
Your main Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis: Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Define the product roadmap, in collaboration with main business and IT partners, ensuring understanding of our goals
- Stakeholder Management: Understand the partner's problems to solve and translate requirements into valuable and viable solutions, addressing both functional and non-functional aspects (architecture, information security, GDPR...). Collect their feedback and take the necessary actions to maximize value and satisfaction.
- Product backlog: accountable for product quality and sustainability. Oversee product backlog and prioritize with the Governance new features and support items defining important metrics to measure success and progress. Address the proper technology transformations, improvements, and upgrades and follow architecture recommendations.
- Team agreement: Ensure that the execution of the team aligns with the product strategy. Encourage and develop an outcome-centric mindset within the team. Collaborate with other IT products managers to ensure alignments in deliveries.
- Assets and resources: Analyze assets usage and costs and mobilization of resources on relevant activities and suggest improvements.
- Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with Customer Success team to define metrics to measure product performance, user satisfaction, and overall value delivered
You have:
Higher Education (Master Degree) in a related field
7+ years working in IT environment
3+ years as a Product Manager covering similar scope
Experience in Agile methodology
Deep knowledge of Payroll and Rewards processes and solutions
Excellent functional and technical knowledge of SAP Payroll (ECP) and SuccessFactors
Product Management Expertise: Understanding of product management methodologies, tools (JIRA), and best practices, including Agile and Scrum frameworks.
