Your role
-As part of a small and ambitious team, you'll help shape a newly established cross-commodity options trading unit
-Responsibility includes executing volatility and skew trades across global energy markets with a sharp focus on risk and reward
-Market conditions are continuously analysed and translated into effective, high-conviction trading strategies
-Collaboration with data scientists enables the development of innovative tools that support confident and fast decision-making
-Driving the evolution of trading infrastructure, tools, and processes is an integral part of your contribution
-You'll operate in a dynamic, performance-driven environment that values ownership, agility, and collaborative thinking
Your strengths
-A university degree combined with a solid understanding of options and volatility trading forms your foundation
-A minimum of 3+ years of option trading experience is a must. It does not need to be specifically in commodity/energy options, however is an advantage
-Your mindset is proactive and performance-oriented, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
-Analytical thinking, fast decision-making and composure under pressure are among your core strengths
-You bring quantitative skills and ideally have coding experience in Python or a similar language
-Fluent English communication is essential; other languages such as German or French are an advantage
