This position reports to: Service Team Leader __ Your Role and Responsibilities In this position, you will have the opportunity to perform service activities in accordance with work instructions and in compliance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. You will ensure high‑quality customer service on a daily basis by planning service assignments and carrying them out according to customer orders and expectations. With your clear communication skills, you help maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty by clearly conveying schedules and expectations. Work model: Onsite This role is part of the Electrification, Smart Power division in Baden. Key stakeholders include customers, field‑service colleagues, and the internal service coordinator team. Your Main Responsibilities Collaborating with customers on‑site to identify optimization opportunities and resolve existing challenges Performing field‑service tasks, identifying technical issues, and conducting on‑site or remote analysis within the service categories and product areas for which you are certified Preparing material lists for service assignments and ensuring that all required materials, parts, and equipment are available and in proper condition Providing training to field‑service colleagues and customers when required Our Team You will join a collaborative and supportive team where you can continue to grow both professionally and personally.
